I dont usually leave reviews. But after the service I got I felt like I had to. So I bought a car from Specialist 101 Cars. I dealt with a gentleman called Jay who had an Audi 2007 S3 for sale. I instantly knew I wanted that vehicle because of the quality of the pictures and the description which was in depth and detail. So decided to give him a call. I asked him if he could bring the vehicle to my mates garage to do further checks on the vehicle. I offered to pay him petrol as he would have to bring it to me, he refused accept any petrol money and said it's fine hel be over within the hour which he was. Took it to my mates garage he checked it over there was not a single fault with the vehicle. It was in really good condition for a 2007 reg as the pics showed and the description said. As the checks were being made he went in to detail telling me about the vehicle there was nothing for me to ask as he explained everything to me. He knew everything about the vehicle he was selling and I'm pretty sure he knows all his vehicles. All paper work was done in order and explained to the fullest plus extra useful information which was good to know and needed to know. The only reasons I was intrigued to leave a review are professionalism, going in to depth and detail, the price of the vehicle and the after care call I got after a few weeks later to check up on how the car was and how I was feeling. I had no complaints at all but thanked him for the courtesy call. Iv bought cars in the past and people just fob you off. Thank you for the service provided.

They only sell quality cars. It's Jay's business and his reputation on the line and he protects them well with the best of customer service. My wife knew exactly what model of Lexus she wanted. We arranged to go and see it and it was in top condition and after a test drive she did the deal. It's now almost 3 weeks since the purchase and she loves the car. Jay delivered it personally and explained everything we needed to know. After 2 weeks he contacted to see if we were satisfied with the car. There have been no.issues but I think if there were that Jay woukd deal with us fairly and not every car dealer instils that confidence. We would definitely recommend Jay and 101 Specialist Cars.
