Amazing car from an amazing dealership! I wish Auto Trader has a six star option to award 101 Specialists Cars. I read 101 Specialists Cars reviews before contacting them. They were very impressive. From the first phone call to arrange a test drive, I spoke to Jay who was very pleasant, honest and gave me a very detailed description of the car. I arrived for the test drive. Jay offered to show me around the car. Surprisingly Jay pointed out everything on the car Including any small marks which even as a customer I thought Jay was being too picky. But it’s refreshing to buy a car from a dealer that’s honest and open with a customer. I was offered a 30 minute test drive including a full motorway run. After the test drive I was shown all the paperwork. Everything was as it was said from the first phone conversation. I also received a call from 101 after 2 weeks to make sure am happy with the car and service which was nice. Amazing experience - thanks for everything!

Very professional and friendly dealership. Knowledgeable and helpful from start to end. I was given a 45 min test drive including a good motorway drive which was the first dealership to happily offer me. The car was presented to a very high standard. No hard sale from them, just happy to show me around the car and answer any questions I had. They even suggested me to have a think about it and come back to them the following day if I wasn't sure. I was sure! I paid deposit and collected few days later. It was pointed out to me that the car will need a service and MOT in 3 months time. To my surprise they were happy to do that as a part of the sale. Also I received a follow up phone call after a week which was kind of them. Thanks for everything.

I was nervous at first about buying a car over the phone but being so far away in Southampton and busy with work / family commitments. After a few detailed and lengthy phone calls with Jay from 101 Specialist Cars I was happy with their knowledge and honesty about the car I was interested in. They were more than happy to assist and answer any questions I had. I seen they had a 100 pictures of the car on their website that was very impressive. So I didn't need to request anything further from them. We set a date and rough time for delivery. The car was brought down to me by Jay who I have been dealing with from the first phone call. The car was exactly as he described it. All what was left for me to do was my insurance and road tax. This is the service I needed, I didn't have the time to rectify items on a car. I would like to say that my car buying experience from 101 specialist cars was nothing short or perfect. I contacted them regarding an Audi RS3 to part exchange my car Audi S4 the communication was fantastic.Neither Jay or I had physically seen each other's cars but Jay travelled from Manchester to me in the North East and nothing was too much trouble. He has a fantastic eye for detail and has a vast knowledge of cars. His after care was also very good. I would definitely recommend using Jay. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
