My experience with buying a car from 101 was exactly how all call dealerships should trade. From the initial call I was given a full detailed and accurate description of the car. On viewing the salesman took me around the car and what was really surprising to have any imperfections pointed out too. The car was 8 years old and in great condition but nice to be shown any imperfections. Paperwork exactly as described. I was given a 35 minutes test drive including a good motorway run.
