Phoned up Jay regarding a audi Q7 that was advertised but that one had sold. Jay informed me that he had another one that had just came in and told me all about the car and sent me pictures and I arranged a viewing for the weekend coming up and upon meeting Jay I instantly knew he knew his stuff, he went through everything with the car and didn't rush, after a test drive I knew it was the car for me. At no stage was I pressured and felt completely at ease.
