Phoned up Jay regarding a audi Q7 that was advertised but that one had sold. Jay informed me that he had another one that had just came in and told me all about the car and sent me pictures and I arranged a viewing for the weekend coming up and upon meeting Jay I instantly knew he knew his stuff, he went through everything with the car and didn't rush, after a test drive I knew it was the car for me. At no stage was I pressured and felt completely at ease. After I agreed to buy the car Jay went full into detail on everything that the car had and even fiddly bits like Finding the Bluetooth he set that up there and then. I highly recommend 101 specialist cars and will not be going anywhere else for my cars in the future. Courtesy call came in as spoke about and he asked if I was fully happy with the car and obviously I said yes as its truly the best car I have owned in the 20 odd years of holding a licence.
