The best Dealer I've ever worked with, I wanted to take the car as it was and he said "no, until its ready I can't let you take it, it may be fine for most dealers but not me" the car looked amazing but he felt it wasn't ready, he had it polished valeted, even though it was immaculate inside, he put a £300 pirelli p-zero on so it was a matching set, honestly one of the most professional and fastidious sellers I've ever delt with, highly recommended seller, if he had all the cars I want, when I wanted then I'd buy all my cars exclusively from him because I know they'd be excellent and reliable. Jay and his team have been amazing! Jay kept me updated on the progress of the work being done throughout the few weeks it took to get the car sale ready. No stone left unturned here, from replacing the cam belt (despite no issues, just as a cautionary due to the age of the car) brand new heated windscreen, fully refurbished alloys, full set of Pirelli tires, sticky button on steering wheel sorted to adding new lettering to the bonnet as some were slightly faded. The attention to detail given to this car to get it sale ready was brilliant. Serviced, MOTed and a full valet all just before being delivered. Jay spent time talking me through the cars controls and answering any questions before leaving. Jay made contact with me a few weeks after the sale to check all was well. Cannot fault the service and experience. Jay was approachable, took the time for any questions, wasnt pushy or forceful on selling the car. Picked us up from the train station to see the car, talked through lots of stuff about it and obviously took a lot of pride in his business. Courtesy call 2 weeks later to make sure everything was ok, and had also chatted with him a week after owning the car just to ask a few questions about it that I was unsure of.
