Seen the advert for the van I was after gave Jay a call and it all good from there. Jay was so professional from the start no hard sale attitude at all. Went to see the van on Sunday evening Jay left a wedding early to meet us. Pointed all the little faults out never hide anything. There was bushes that need to be replaced on the front. Which was swaying my mind a bit. Test drive with Jay was great. Left it a day or two just to think about it. Got a call of Jay to say that he had got the work done. Sealed the deal for me. Am a busy man on a multi million pound project and don't get much time to sort personal stuff out. Jay called down to the site and picked up deposit and left me with a receipt. Picked the van up on the Saturday. Valeted, all levels checked and fixed a puncture on the rear which I never new about. The paper work was all filed properly with all service history, receipts and mot's. I will use Jay again as my first call for any vehicle. Totally trust worthy.
