I bought a 2017 Golf R without viewing the vehicle in person. The vehicle was even better than advertised and more competitively priced than similar examples with fewer options. Jay did not pressure me into a sale and was quick to respond to any queries. He arranged collection at a time that suited me whilst he was travelling and ensured the vehicle was spotless when I collected it. The car came complete with all documentation that was meticulously presented. During handover the paperwork and service history were presented to me for inspection without having to ask. Jay insisted that I went for a long test run on the motor way to ensure I was satisfied before I signed for the car. Days after delivery I noticed a vanity mirror was cracked that I had not seen during handover. I notified Jay and he immediately sourced a replacement at his own cost. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
