I was still hesitant to put my review, as i have been anticipating for the fault to occur, but it did not!!! Jay is one of the few honest people in the car market. I know nothing about cars, anyone could have easily deceived me, but i got what i paid for and even more. Very helpful & knowledgable. Drove me from and to train station without asking. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Saw the ad for a very reasonably priced Audi Q5 so phoned up and was immediately impressed by sellers knowledge and demeanour. He was completely open and honest without any hint of a sales pitch. We drove approx 150mi to view the car and test drive it on a Friday and were quickly set on buying. He agreed to have it serviced and MOT'd and it was ready for us by the Sunday. The car was immaculate inside and out, came with a full service history and we were even given a complete walk through of all the controls, sound system, Sat Nav etc. Great car, great guy. Would 100% recommend.
