This was a very straight forward decision. From the moment we arrived it was obvious that 101 specialist cars are particular about the cars they sell and that the customer is important, not getting a sale. Jay was incredibly helpful and a credit to the company. Even down to the after sale service, calling to check we're still happy with our new car and to see if there is anything else he could do to help us, over a week after we'd bought the car.

Sales experience for the purchase of our low miled BMW X5 was far better than a Dealership (and we’d been in touch with a number before we located 101 Specialist Cars). Perfectionist, not at all pushy, comfortable to be with, superbly knowledgeable and highly experienced in all areas. Jay needs cloning as I can see he spreads himself far across the business and clearly employs good honest and knowledgeable staff. Jay even went out of his way to pick us up from the train station. Jay pleasantly suggested some extras for the purchase as he knew from just talking to me, what the exact needs were! As this was our best car purchase experience - I doubt I’d look elsewhere for any future cars.

I purchased a 2017 honda civic type r from this dealership. I initially enquired about the car over the phone and spoke to Jay. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the car and answered all my questions. As I was buying long distance and could not view the car for myself I arranged for an AA technician to check over the car for my own peace of mind. Jay was more than happy to accommodate this and the technician confirmed the quality of the car which mirrored the ad in autotrader. One I decided I was going to buy the car Jay had it prepared for sale very quickly and delivered it personally working around my work schedule. When he arrived he suggested I take it for a test drive with him to be sure i was happy with it. I was and Jay had all the relevant paperwork ready to go. After I had purchased the car Jay said he would contact me in a couple of weeks to make sure I was happy with it, which he did. Jay made the process of buying a car long distance feel very easy and stress free, I didn’t feel pressured at any point and his friendly demeanour & knowledge of the car put me at ease. Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend Jay and 101 specialist cars.

Advertised my X3 on Auto Trader 40 mins after going live Jay from 101 Specialist Cars was on the phone. Agreed a price subject to his inspection. Within 40 mins he viewed the car and left a desposit. Collected the car after bank transfer, which was confirmed. Fabulous service, and £1500 more than I would have got PX. Jay thank you.
